Rehearsals MCP for ChatGPT & Claude

Rehearsals are now runnable from ChatGPT or Claude as Rehearsals Agent. This experience has been tuned to be nearly identical to the chat mode on our existing platform. All you need to do is ask ChatGPT or Claude to use the Rehearsals MCP.

Before you start

  1. Your email in Claude or ChatGPT must match the email associated with your Rehearsals login. Please reach out to the Rehearsals team if this is not the case.
  2. You’ll need a Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports custom connectors / MCPs: Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise; ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. Free tiers currently do not support this.

Installing the Rehearsals Agent in ChatGPT or Claude

  1. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Create App.
    1. If using OpenAI, make sure to toggle developer mode to true under Apps.
  2. Name: Rehearsals, and paste the Rehearsals Connector URL: https://mcp.runrehearsals.com/mcp
    1. If using OpenAI, leave “authentication” as “OAuth”.
  3. Log into Rehearsals in the popup window to authorize the connection.
  4. Toggle the connector on.

How to use

In Claude or ChatGPT with the connector enabled:

  1. Describe what you want to test, e.g. “Set up a rehearsal to find the optimal price for X product with my ideal audience”.
  2. The AI will use the connector to create a Rehearsals draft and ask you follow-up questions about the goal, audience, and decision criteria.
  3. Upload files, when prompted. Click the draft link to finalize the simulation and upload any large files.
