Introducing Rehearsals V2

Rehearsals V2 is our biggest product update yet. It rebuilds the path from a question to a finished report around a guided prompt builder, faster navigation, richer source material, and clearer control at every step.

The release also brings a redesigned Home and Asset Library, deeper report editing and verification, more capable agent support, organization-wide Brand Kits, and a long list of reliability improvements.

New Rehearsal

• Replaced starter templates and generated suggestions with a guided prompt builder.
• Added past Rehearsal, saved audience, and Asset Library attachments, including exact question and audience reuse.
• Added multi-select audience attachment, clearer build progress, recovery options, and safe AI twin removal.
• Added safe draft exits with explicit Save and leave or Delete draft choices.
• Added a new portrait wall and smoother composer, send, and launch transitions.
• Added durable approval, large-Rehearsal review, and running-in-the-cloud guidance.

Home, Search, and Folders

• Redesigned Home with cleaner rows, status cubes, unread states, interview counts, timestamps, and organization impact stats.
• Added paginated loading and faster cached transitions between Home and folders.
• Expanded search across titles, authors, and published report content, with match context in results.
• Added folder creation, renaming, safe deletion, drag-and-drop organization, and custom ordering.
• Added a Use as template action that carries the selected Rehearsal into a new draft.

Asset Library

• Redesigned the library with item counts, responsive tabs, pagination, and loading skeletons.
• Added full previews, editable AI descriptions, safer deletion, and Run Rehearsal from an asset.
• Improved media loading, legacy sample handling, CSV browsing, and large-library performance.

Reports and Verification

• Added an audience portrait strip and Rehearsal Details panel for questions, audiences, transcripts, and artifacts.
• Added report-wide and targeted edit queues for text, charts, and tables.
• Added mobile editing, character counters, feedback limits, and unsaved-change protection.
• Added live rewrite progress, recovery help, and a durable completion confirmation when an updated report is ready.
• Added branded chart palettes, cleaner population views, high-resolution PNG downloads, and editable Excel exports.
• Improved creator attribution, last-updated details, print layouts, and version-aware headers.
• Improved public, organization-only, and password-protected sharing with native share and branded social previews.
• Improved Verification recalculation, live status, empty states, and Verification Library presentation.

Rehearsals Agent and Support

• Added an Available Tools view and page-aware help across Home, folders, reports, simulations, and New Rehearsal.
• Added cleaner handoffs into New Rehearsal and report editing without losing the original request.
• Added past-Rehearsal search and reading, current-plan reading, saved-audience attachment, and web search.
• Added a direct path to book time with the Rehearsals team when human help is needed.

Organizations, Settings, and Appearance

• Added organization Brand Kits with website discovery, logo capture, custom uploads, and light and dark chart palettes.
• Added Brand Kit creation during signup and organization setup, then applied identity across the product.
• Added Light, Dark, and System appearance controls to both Settings and the profile menu.
• Improved team settings and the member Rehearsal approval policy.
• Improved organization search, browser-history restoration, switching, loading, and long-name handling for admins.
• Improved saved-audience pages, simulation details, transcripts, verification requests, and direct Run Rehearsal handoffs.

Polish and Bug Fixes

• Standardized customer-facing language around AI twins, audiences, and Rehearsals.
• Fixed draft navigation races, accidental orphan projects, and project deletion during active chat responses.
• Fixed stale dashboard, folder, usage, authentication, and organization-switching states.
• Fixed report-rewrite completion races, stale revision banners, comment anchors, and mobile edit targeting.
• Fixed shared-report metadata, social previews, storage URL resolution, and asset playback edge cases.
