# Fix Camera Access

> How to re-enable camera access after accidentally blocking it

## Accidentally Blocked Camera Access?

If you see **"Camera is missing"** in your interview, you likely denied camera access when your browser asked for permission. **Browsers won't ask again** once you've denied — you need to manually enable it in settings.

<Info>
  **Good news:** Camera is optional! You can tap "Keep my camera off" and complete an audio-only interview. But if you want to enable video, follow the steps below.
</Info>

## Don't Want to Use Camera?

That's totally fine! Camera is **optional**. To proceed without video:

1. On the camera setup step, tap **"Keep my camera off"**
2. Confirm your choice in the dialog
3. Continue with an audio-only interview

Your video helps verify your identity for faster payouts, but the interview works just as well without it.
